The weekend before Memorial Day I was commissioned by Holly and Bronco Mendenhall (Bronco is the head football coach for BYU football….which you should already know) to be the photographer of their two charitable events that were held on Saturday. Really, I’m just one of the account coordinators for the student PR firm they hired, and I gladly offered my services because I knew I would get free food out of it. It was a good time and I got some great pictures.

Saturday morning they held the Gridiron Rumble which is a 200-mile motorcycle ride up Provo canyon led by Bronco. Riders paid $25 for a pancake breakfast and the ride. It attracted quite the diverse crowd.

Later that night they also held a Cowboy Ball where extremely rich people were invited to pay $200 a plate and buy super expensive packages for charity. I got free food.
